Very good hotel in the heart of Porto, easy access by metro

Very good Accor Group hotel in the heart of Porto, easy access by metro. Hotel is centrally located, access is very easy. Hotel has 8 floor; 1st floor is the entrance, while 3rd floor is the reception and restaurant. You need to take a elevator to reach reception. Except 3rd floor (reception). the room card is required to use elevator. Check in was easy and quick, thank you for your hospitality. You may take a lemon water or apple while formalities are completed. This is one of the best part of this Ibis hotel we've never encountered at sister's before. Our room was at 8th floor, looking to Alegria Street. Room is little bit small compared to other Ibis's, but very functional. You can easily find a place to put your personal belongings in the room. Room rates are reasonable considering stay in the hotel in the heart of Porto. Porto's main attractions are in the walking distance. No need to any transportation means. All in all, we really enjoyed this hotel. Recommended to those, who seek reasonable priced, centrally located and good serviced hotel.

Good quality hotel in perfect location and with a market beside it. Very clean, great breakfast and bar open all hours. Incredible staff, so friendly and helpful, especially Joana at the front desk. She made this hotel stand out !!

Although I've been to Portugal on many occasions over the years this was my first visit to Porto, a week's holiday booked with my twin brother ,we chose this Ibis Porto Centro São Bento which turned out to be very good hotel indeed. Booked in immediately by very pleasant members of the reception team,allocated room 509 ,room was twin bedded, spotlessly clean, well enough storage space, comfortable beds ,flat screen tv ,lots of English language tv and film channels ,wi-fi great, lovely bathroom facilities,couldn't fault anything about our room. Staff in hotel were super friendly, breakfast included in our weeks stay here ,breakfast was superb, lots on offer ,tea and coffee also good at breakfast plus cold drinks, hotel bar superb and open 24 hours ,location good ,Porto is a pretty walkable city and public transport great, loved our weeks stay in this hotel ,will definitely stay here again next time we're in Porto hopefully very soon.

We where on a week's holiday in Porto and stayed in a hotel thats called the Ibis Porto Centro São Bento.Located in a really lively area of Porto on Rua da Alegria'this was a great hotel to explore this city. We stayed in room (509) which was brilliant and met all our need's.There was a brilliant bathroom and shower and the beds where comfortable.We had breakfast here which were varied and set us up for the long day ahead and the staff were excellent. All in all a superb Ibis hotel thats located in a superb area of the city and its a hotel we will stay in again.(This is my first review's of the Ibis Porto Centro São Bento). Public Transport. Bus Stop. Coliseum Do Porto Bus Stop-302. Metro Stop. Bolhão Metro Stop-A-B-Bx-C-E-F.

This is a good hotel located close to tourist attractions. The hotel room was clean and it had all the necessities, although I wish the room included an iron. The washrooms are not spacious; they are a small, tight spaces. I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel each morning. There is also a bar in the reception area. The staff at reception speak English, fortunately.
