We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. We were greeted at reception by a very nice and helpful man, had 2 mornings of wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice, i particularly liked the fresh warm oven rolls and scrambled eggs, the croissants and the fresh oranges available to squeeze yourself ( very nice touch ;). all staff we encountered were pleasant, smiley faced and helpful 👍. we had a kettle and tea / coffee facilities in the room ( which is a must for me ). and the bed was very comfortable. we also loved the food court, shopping arcade, and Metro station directly underneath the hotel which got us into Porto central in 10 minutes and for just a couple of euros. If you are looking for luxury and most modern of rooms its probably not for you ... but if you're looking for nice, clean, friendly hotel out of the city centre, but just 10 mins away, with free parking ( Accessible for our camper van ) and a good breakfast, as well as the metro on your doorstep then i highly recommend this as an ideal choice 👍. 10/10

Hotel is part of an university campus and a few steps to the metro, works in a mall with supermarket and services.no glamour at night, a place to stay. very cpmplete breakfast at 6:30 am.Due to the metro you can explore the wholy city od Porto.

A bit odd but fine

This is an oddly located hotel. I do not refer to the actual geographical location which is actually good for visiting Porto, being basically beside a metro stop. However, its positioning in a shopping centre makes it a bit odd to understand how to get into it, especially parking. We did manage to get there but to understand how to get into it after the time the shopping centre shuts was not helped by the receptionist who I would say was far from welcoming at all. We just parked in the shopping centre car park and paid the fees to avoid having to ask this person again. The rooms were fine in an ibis way. The lift was out of order at one point but seemed to return to service soon enough.

Convenient for the conference venue

I stayed here for a conference. The location was excellent - just a 5 minute walk to the campus (Faculty of Medicine), and it was quiet. It's easy to get the metro to the city centre. There's a shopping mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy and lots of food places 2 floors below. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was clean; the shower worked well and had a decent body wash.

We had to stay here due to covid 19 and flight delays so we were here at a very stressful time. The staff were wonderfully friendly helpful to us and the food was fine though it was a limited choice for dinner - breakfast was excellent value. The rooms were basic but comfortable, towels were a little small and thin but the bathroom was practical and clean. The hotel is located right next to the metro which goes directly to the city centre and it is right next to the university and hospital so would suit many people from a practical perspective.
