Had to wait for 2 hours at reception for getting the booked rooms. Moreover the frontdesk staff were incapable, mannerless and not fit for the job.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. 2 hours, unless someone arrives before 3:00 p.m., no one has ever waited. This is completely new for us. Yes, some employees are new and need time to do justice to everyone equally. More than 85% of our guests have not this experience in the review tools as shown below. All went well. One note: I find the price for breakfast a bit high (19 EUR) but otherwise the stay was great. Very nice and polite persons working for this hotel:)
