Located conveniently on the Musuem Island, it is easy to get to surrounding attractions. There are some dining options within 10-min walk from the hotel, and there is a supermarket understairs. The room is quite clean but a bit small. Generally, we had a great time here.

Functional and fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Major attractions like Bradenburg gate, Berlin cathedral, Museum island, Berlin television tower and lot others can be reached by foot or by train. Tiergarten station is just across the road. The room was clean, neat with all the required amenities. Overall, great location and comfortable stay!

I really wish the beds were better. Needed more pillows. 2 x sons 18 & 10 stayed on sofa bed and both had sore backs after 2 nights. Apart from that the hotel is perfectly placed, staff were lovely and room was kept very clean. Had breakfast and dinner and both exceeding expectations so very happy. Don’t use internet as had to register and was very complicated so just used my 5g and roaming.

We had a very friendly welcome from a very helpful and efficient receptionist , apart from not mentioning you needed to use your room card to operate the lift - there were several other guests trying to figure out what to do. The lifts were not able to cope with the number of guests and we had to wait in line every time we needed to use them. We had a room on the 4th floor with a delightful view of the flat roof and commercial pipes etc. The room was very small , the bed had about 8" between it and the wall , not very easy to negotiate in the dark when you went to the bathroom. The room was clean with plenty of storage but really needed a makeover , only 1 socket next to the bed so wires for phones , watches etc were draped everywhere ( the sockets on the desk did not work ) . The room was very dark with no overhead light and the only mirror was in the wardrobe ! However the beds were comfy , there was a safe , fridge and a tea and coffee tray , but no milk or water. The bathroom had obviously been recently modernised and had a good sized bath and powerful shower with plenty of hot water and large towels. The heating was adequate rather than good. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was 25 Euros Per person - overpriced. When booking the hotel we were aware it was in the middle of nowhere and a good 20-25 minute walk into the city , but this gave us the opportunity to stop off for breakfast at various places for half the price of the one offered in the hotel. During our stay there were a group of children running up and down the landing screaming and shouting along with a barking dog - we spoke to the parents who just laughed , we informed reception who merely ignored us. Would definitely not stay here again and how it ever got a 4 * rating is beyond me.

Fabulous hotel - clean and welcoming Great location too. Easy walk to Brandenburg gate, Berlin Cathedral and DDR museum. A bit further to the Parliament building which is worth a visit. Good restaurant and breakfast. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.
