I was in Berlin last year in April. It is a very nice hotel with nice, clean rooms. Good food.Friendly and very helpful staff.Good location, close to shops and city centre. Not very expensive . Highly recommend it to anyone.We did enjoyed it a lot.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a recent visit to Berlin. The hotel is well located in the centre of Berlin. There is an underground station about 5 minutes away, and a bus stop only a few minutes from the hotel. There is a supermarket just around the corner from the hotel. The room I had was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were helpful at check-in and the hotel was a very nice lounge and bar area. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym if you'd like to use them during your stay. I would recommend the Novotel to anyone looking to stay in Berlin.

Located conveniently on the Musuem Island, it is easy to get to surrounding attractions. There are some dining options within 10-min walk from the hotel, and there is a supermarket understairs. The room is quite clean but a bit small. Generally, we had a great time here.

Functional and fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Major attractions like Bradenburg gate, Berlin cathedral, Museum island, Berlin television tower and lot others can be reached by foot or by train. Tiergarten station is just across the road. The room was clean, neat with all the required amenities. Overall, great location and comfortable stay!

I really wish the beds were better. Needed more pillows. 2 x sons 18 & 10 stayed on sofa bed and both had sore backs after 2 nights. Apart from that the hotel is perfectly placed, staff were lovely and room was kept very clean. Had breakfast and dinner and both exceeding expectations so very happy. Don’t use internet as had to register and was very complicated so just used my 5g and roaming.
