We have stayed over for couple of days in your hotel with my family. I have visited couple of months ago for business trip and everything was great, I have therefore decided to take my family for trip and stay in your hotel. But I was surprised by level of service this time round. Room was OK, bit dated, but clean. Swimming pool great, but we had bad experience with breakfast. Everything was bit empty and dirty, including tables. We have asked for omelette and staff was rather rude to our request and looked like we have bothered them. There were no cups for coffee either and overall food was missing and buffet was empty. This has happened two days in a row as well. Very unprofessional staff and service! Regards - Oliver

Quick family trip north London, 35 minutes train from Euston Station. Great swimming pool for the whole family. Nice team especially at the bar.

This is actually a reasonably good hotel, with pool facility and bar. We would suggest finding somewhere else to eat though as it’s re-heated over-priced rubbish. Inflated prices for what is essentially frozen oven chips and something. When we complained it was just accepted as what they offer and we should have expected this.

I really like the hotel every thing was perfect but the hotel reception staff were great . The guy Mr Arun is the best guy very polite helpful and the best thing is he understands the visitor the rest of staff was good too but Mr Arun was great .glk

Nice, spacious, clean and comfortable room, good shower, plenty of everything that’s needed for a short stay. A small improvement would be provision of a USB port for charging phones etc.
