Super comfortable beds and pillows, quiet location, parking available. Slept brilliantly which is so important when booking a hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel lobby bar and restaurant was decorated for Halloween and it added such a great atmosphere! There's a pool as well which is popular with families. It's about 5-6£ to Uber into the centre or a 20 mins walk to the shopping centre.

Good check in, problem with key card from the start, in fact, had to to return to Reception after Dinner to ask for new one as the original one had stopped working. Room ok, but exceptionally loud air con which I had to switch off to get some sleep - this meant temp in the room dropped drastically and the duvet is very thin. Not a good night's sleep! Service in the Restaurant is friendly and efficient, but food choices are limited and vastly overpriced, probably because there are no other Restaurants in the area. However , Breakfast was excellent! Check out ok.

Happy to take your booking then absolutely rude customer services over the telephone. A lady was extremely intense with a bad attitude I couldn't believe it. To the point no way was I staying there with my kids alone. I lost my money but had peace of mind.
