Great hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff

Stayed here for two nights with friends as we were there for the bottomless brunch which was absolutely fabulous our drinks were constantly topped up and the food was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location is perfect for city centre and train station. The breakfast was super and the bar area was cosy. I can’t than the staff enough for looking after us especially Lucinda who was a fabulous work horse and nothing was too much trouble she went that extra mile to make sure everyone had the best experience and took time to acknowledge the guests and children. Thank you very much, I will definitely be back to stay again.

Pretty good. I found the bed comfy and the room was spacious. it could have been a bit cleaner and I was woken up at 6am by the person in the room above me clomping around like an elephant. Breakfast wasnt too bad, although I made the mistake of going a little too close to 9am so it was a bit of a free for all.

Love novotels and this didnt dissapoint. Easy quick check in. 18 per night to park but good amount of spaces. Room clean and new looking. Had a pod machine which was a nice touch. Walk in shower. Comfy bed. Plenty of sockets and storage space. Breakfast was good for cooked food but more limited for salad and fruit items. Good bar. All round good hotel right next to the train station snd short walk to the city centre

Great stay at this hotel. I was in town in business and this place was right on top of where I needed to be and close to the railway station. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with a massive choice- staff are polite and attentive and the bar is very cosy with prices that are quite standard rather than normal hotel fayre. Will use again.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Leeds many times over the past year, and it’s usually my go-to hotel. Rooms are consistently clean, staff are welcoming, and the location works very well. During my most recent stay in early November, the Wi-Fi in room 437 was extremely poor — even on the premium option. I wasn’t able to join work calls or stream content, and mobile coverage in the room is limited, so there was no alternative. If this can be resolved, I’m very happy to continue choosing this hotel — but for business travellers, reliable internet isn’t optional anymore. Everything else was as good as always.
