This is a great hotel very convenient to the centre of Leeds. I stayed here recently to attend the Leeds Light festival. The soap factory bar does great cocktails. I've stayed here a couple of times lately and had great night sleep on each occasion. A quiet hotel to have a relaxing stay.

Excellent venue for a business 2 day meeting. All rooms for our training sessions on one floor, constant flow of refreshments. Particularly outstanding support from hotel management. Accommodation also great, clean and everything I needed for a 2 night stay.

Great location in the city, around 5 mins walk from the station with clean spacious rooms. Staff were great. Car park under the hotel is tight, but convenient. £15 to stay 24 hours. Nice bar area with a good happy hour. £5 glasses of Prosecco, 2 cocktails for £12 or a pint for £4.

Nice welcome on arrival lovely reception, room clean and comfortable. Free canned water and a lovely comfy bed . Good nights sleep . Perfect location for the station next morning. Breakfast was good and hot . But why ohh why do guests have to fumble about in the dark in the restaurant. I just didn’t get it . I was breakfast not dinner for two , put some lights on please .

I only stayed there one night. It was my birthday and to my surprise the room was decked out with birthday balloons and banners and some chocs/fruits in a beautifully set plate. There was a card as well. I was really touched and impressed - it made the stay feel special. The reception staff were lovely, the hotel was modern with a great vibe and my room was a great size and very clean. All in all, a great experience and I think that this is going to be my go to hotel in Leeds. The bonus is that it's 5 minutes from Leeds Railway Station. Highly recommended.
