The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station and in the walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Rooms are kind of tiny, the breakfast area gest quickly overcrowded and food disappears rapidly. The team reacts to requests but seems not control the situation fully. They have also a very limited loyalty policy. With a platinium status, 3 people in the party staying in 2 separate rooms, I was offered only one welcome drink... cheers!

Some days, the breakfast room is indeed but we use the space of the Bar and our Patio to compense that. Our staff is fully in control of the situation, we just need some time in order to fill the buffet when people come all at the same time. As for the welcome drink, unfortunately this is the rule, one drink per card holder, i understand it's sounds to you unfair, but we just followed the rule. All the best,

1. Receptionist didn't check my membership in the club. 2. Next receptionist was dealing with taxi driver and made the horrible price for me 3. In the bathroom the water flowed from the shower cabin on the floor. Everything is very ild and not very clean. 5. The breakfast is very poor. No vegetables! I've been in Ibis hotels in Moscow, Kiev, Istanbul but this hotel is the French comedy...

What are we members of AccorHotels ? When I travel to Paris at ibis hotel Ornano Montmartre Nord 18ème. I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 room not ready, when out came back at 4: o’clock room was still not ready after booking for a month! Just to get a handicap room for two!! Not clean and the front desk telling me it’s the only room that was clean can you imagine?

Declining Neighborhood

Unfortunately, this fine hotel is located in a changing neighborhood where all the traditional French cafes have already left. I felt safe there, but could not find any respectable place to eat dinner other than McDonalds. If I am wrong,, the hotel should provide guests with a map and dining guide.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion, our neighborhood is very rich in its diversity, indeed there is a panel of authentic restaurant ranging from the best Kebab in Paris, known for its chawarma and homemade bread to the oven Lebanese, or the restaurant La Rycelerie known for its beers made on the spot, the Doppio Italian restaurant with its French touch thanks to the vegetable Market and finally the table of Eugene (1 Michelin star), which by its refined dishes will tend to awaken your taste buds. It would have been better to ask for advice at the reception, they are all gourmets, all these restaurants are less than ten minutes from the hotel. Yours truly,

The hotel should be classifield - at least - as an Ibis budget. Problem with lift looks a very strong problem. The rate was high considering the quality od rooms. I really felt myself very uncomfortable and sad comparing the photos with the real situatiaon of the hotel.

The day we arrived it was Valentine's Day. While checking in they prepared a very nice surprise for in our room - it was full of rose flower flower leaves and chocolates. The staff was all the time very nice and helpful. Recommended!

Overpriced and not clean

Highly overpriced for the service they provide.Dirty tables in breakfast area. Sometimes found dirty plates between the supposed clean plates.Room service included switching the towels and making the bed. Bedroom floor was left as it is, dusty.Mattress was uncomfortable, caused back pain.No space to put your cloths. Have to constantly use and store them in your suitcase. Uncomfortable for the 7 days I spent.At least they switched us to a new room when the first room didn't have a working heater. But ended up in a tiny room with basically no working space.

It was a worst experience with this property, My flight was about to arrive at CDG at 07:45 Hrs. I have already paid extra money for early check-in (starting from 09:00 hrs).When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me to wait for 30mins and it ended up with a waiting time of 2 hours. After flying for long 10+ hours, I was allotted a room at 11:20 Hrs.I have already confirmed with the receptionist at the time of check-in that my breakfast is included.While checking out there was another receptionist and he refused me that my breakfast was not included. He was asking me to pay 10.50 Euro to avail the breakfast.Did I made a mistake, that I have used accor hotels web portal to book this property. The receptionist was arguing with me and also refused to check my booking confirmation number.The most disgusting experience I had, I will not prefer any of the ibis hotel.

Location is about 5 minutes walk to the Metro Room was small but very clean and tidy - just what you need if you are exploring Paris. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied to cover most peoples taste.

arrived late reception good and friendly room very good appart from shower tray evacuation was blocked and nearly overflowed shower wall fixation is broken breakfast good service friendly Shower problems did not spoil my stay. Room and staff were otherwise very good

the room is very basic and hotel near metro. There are a lot of eateries nearby However, didn't like the location at all. Scary to go back to the hotel late as the area doesn't feel safe. Road construction going on, trash everywhere. Altho this is not the hotel's fault.

The room it self was ok, except the fact that there is nothing to put and open a suitcase in normal conditions, the breakfast service was terrible in termes of lack of staff, table dirty, buffet empty for many items, no refill of cutlery and cups, service really poor but only 1 employee was there !! ... that is not her fault ! there is also no parking facilities and all parkings around are a bit far from hotel and the place is not really safe a t night !! So I might be back one day ... but please think about your customers first !! profitability will come later .. when you have already many many guests happy !! ... I need to tell that i am originally from this industry and now I am a permanent user in différents countries and continents. Regards.

A nice, clean, accessible hotel two minutes walk from a metro stop and 4 stops from Gare Du Nord. Lots of placers to eat nearby and a mini supermarket. Excellent service, good value breakfast and includes wifi. An ideal base for a stay in Paris.

My wife and I enjoyed our 7-day stay for Christmas 2016 in Paris. One hundred meters from Metro 'Porte de Clignancourt'. Great breakfast to start the day. Friendly staff. We intend to come back this summer for another 7-day stay.

Although the room was a little cramped and small, the friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it ensuring we had a great break in Paris. A nice, clean hotel, with a good breakfast and very handy for the Metro and buses - would definitely stay here again!

Slight Redemption

I had requested an early check-in prior to my arrival in-country. However, when I got there I was told that they did not know anything about this and had to sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours. After that time, the initial gentleman (less than friendly) put me in room 2. This room is off of the courtyard and is apparently one that the staff uses during their breaks. There were a multitude of ants crawling all over the place in this room and a large gaping hole in the wall next to the toilet. I called and requested to be moved to another room and was told that it was not possible. I later called back and requested that the less than friendly gentleman come to see the room. He came and decided that the cleaning staff just needed to come back. I explained to the very nice cleaning staff that there was nothing that they needed to do (as the room was clean, but it just had a pest problem and a hole in the wall). The cleaning staff told me that they would explain to the front desk gentleman that I needed to be moved to a new room the following day (thank heavens for them!). Throughout that first day/night, I had no fewer than 6 attempts at staff members entering the room (which I'm glad that it had a chain for the door, as it was the only way that I was spared being viewed in various stages of undress). The last attempt occurring well after midnight. Things improved once I was able to change rooms the following day (also, after the first day I never encountered the slight rude gentleman again - everyone else working there was fabulous). The remainder of my stay was uneventful (thank heavens!) aside from having to pay an addition 40 euros upon check-out. I prepaid my stay for a discounted rate, via the hotel chain's website. So I do not understand how there could be any additional tax required. I obtained a copy of the bill and plan to pursue reasoning and/or refund.

The hotel is close to the 'perferique' and right next to a metro station. We got there by car and parked in the 'Porte de Glingnancourt' parking for 30 euro per day. The hotel is a converted old building with some original elements. This sets it apart from the typical Ibis hotel. Friendly staff and the typical good quality beds. I did not like the neighbourhood but you do not spend a lot of time there anyway...

To be perfectly honest, I believed in Ibis as a brand, and my expectations were much higher. The hotel itself is very old, and I sawno resemblance between this hotel and the one we stayed in Milano, Italy. The neighborhood is unsafe; that's how we felt. The personnel was really friendly and helpful, though. For my next trip in Paris, we'll once again stay in Ibis, but most definitely at a different location.

Location is good very near metro stations, you can go everywhere in Paris from there. Restaurants, fast food places, stores all around. Rooms are too small (maybe 10 m2?) for the price paid and not comfortable as you'd expect from Ibis; front of hotel was very loud due to street traffic, back of hotel was quiet except for humming noise (from a generator?) that buzzes until around 1 a.m. Water pressure in shower was very low, hotel couldn't fix it. Breakfast a bit poor for Ibis. For 2 nights it was ok.
