Well located, uncomfortable beds

Great location, generous breakfast and friendly front desk staff however the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and we couldn't get the air conditioning to cool off the room.

The hotel is well located, close by the main train station. Personnel friendly. Coffee in the room, which is special for an Ibis-hotel. We had a roomy 3-persons room, which is also special for an Ibis-hotel. Shortly we liked the experience very much!!!

I visited twice at ibis Praha Wenceslas Square. However, at the last one i was not pleasure because the young woman at the desk always gave contrary answers. It was really annoying.

Previusly stayed here, good room. This stay had renovated room, no tea coffee facilities. Bathroom,shower good but toilet about 25mm fromwash basin stand, seat fitted seriously out of line with pan to make it usable, large person would struggle. Very poor design.
