On my side the bed, the mattress topper was so soft and uneven that I was tilted towards the outside of the bed and the comforter was so thick that I was hot all night. I did not have the option of a light blanket. The water temperature varied in the shower and was not consistent.

On the other hand your comment for your bed preference is dully noted. Kindly be informed that our beds have a unique design with quality materials to ensure the highest level of comfort for a luxurious sleep. But, our guests can always ask us to remove the upper mattress in order to best meet their comfort needs and an extra bed sheet can always be provided by Housekeeping upon request. It's always a pleasure for me to stay at Sofitel Airport , the service, the kindness, the location, everything looks perfect. I'm only a but surprised and disappointed by not receiving any reply (positive or negative ) to my mail sent to your sales dpt (h3…) asking for the possibility or receiving a corporate rate being very often both in Athens and at the airport for connecting flights. This Rates which I have with many other hotels (Platinum with IGH and Gold with Radisson) would be a very useful tool for my trips and business. I understand that maybe is not possible, that I'm not eligible for a corporate rate but an answer would have been appreciated from a frequent guest and Accor Member trying to improve my status as you can see from my ongoing reservations
