The rooms are well spaced, colourful and clean carpets, quality breakfast and big smart televisions. The janitors poor spoken English was noticed by my children though was not a problem for me as I got them clean our rooms when needed. A touch of luxury and good value for my money

Manchester Stay

Terrible Hotel, the carpet was all stained as was the lounge settee. The room was freezing heating didnt work. We got woke up at midnight to the fire alarm so we had to evacuate, pouring with rain stainding outside. It was a false alarm but the staff didnt know how to reset the alarm , so after about an hour the alarm is still going off , they sent everyone back to their rooms with the alarm still going, took them another 30mins to turn it off, a total stuff up. There were no parking available so we had to park 30 mins away and walk back in the rain, no help from the staff at the hotel at all.

After a very long journey, on arrival, I found my key card did not work and I had to go back to reception with my suitcase to get my key card re-activated. Limited electrical sockets as there were three sockets which did not work! It was difficult charging devices for work! No shower gel in the shower! When told the person at the front desk on checking out, they did not seem too bothered! On the plus side, there was a good choice for breakfast and the location was good. First time I stayed in a Novotel hotel and I was not impressed!

Lovely night away for the Manchester Christmas markets! Staff have been fantastic thank you for looking after us, extremely clean and well presented hotel. Had a warm welcome on arrival thanks to the lovely Yassine, will be back in the future :)

Just relax in the steam room and sauna

Excellent central location not far from St Peters Square tram stop and a short walk to Manchester Oxford Street railway station. Spacious room with fridge, safe, iron/board, hair dryer and large flat screen TV. A good spread at breakfast. Upstairs on the 4th floor there's a small gym with a couple of treadmills, bikes, multi gym and some free weights. Steam room and sauna with changing room and shower - towels provided and inside the gym there are some lockable lockers.
