After a very long journey, on arrival, I found my key card did not work and I had to go back to reception with my suitcase to get my key card re-activated. Limited electrical sockets as there were three sockets which did not work! It was difficult charging devices for work! No shower gel in the shower! When told the person at the front desk on checking out, they did not seem too bothered! On the plus side, there was a good choice for breakfast and the location was good. First time I stayed in a Novotel hotel and I was not impressed!

Lovely night away for the Manchester Christmas markets! Staff have been fantastic thank you for looking after us, extremely clean and well presented hotel. Had a warm welcome on arrival thanks to the lovely Yassine, will be back in the future :)

Just relax in the steam room and sauna

Excellent central location not far from St Peters Square tram stop and a short walk to Manchester Oxford Street railway station. Spacious room with fridge, safe, iron/board, hair dryer and large flat screen TV. A good spread at breakfast. Upstairs on the 4th floor there's a small gym with a couple of treadmills, bikes, multi gym and some free weights. Steam room and sauna with changing room and shower - towels provided and inside the gym there are some lockable lockers.

Just an overnight trip to Manchester and I would usually head for a Premier Inn to keep the cost down. Well this one was cheaper when booked in advance. It’s SO much nicer. Good size rooms. All very clean. Pleasant staff who aren’t “jobsworth” about checking you in early. The car park is right across the courtyard. It is centrally located. Breakfast was busy and little chaotic but still everything you would expect. I’m going to look to stay again next time I’m in Manchester!

Solid City Centre choice

Room was ready when we arrived at 12ish, which was nice. Comfortable enough, good bed, but, as per most hotels, was too hot and dry overnight. Nice, but expensive bar. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Location that allows easy walking access to anywhere in the City Centre and 10 mins from Piccadilly.
