Excellent one night stay. Easy check in, very clean room and a perfect breakfast. Staff as excellent as always. We have used this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. Will be returning soon. The bar is also very good. We have not eaten here but the menu looks very nice.

I checked into the hotel on 24th May for two nights but my promised upgrade to Privilege Rooms were not available to me. I found out was given 5 Classic Rooms only after getting the keycard to the rooms. I have had emails and phone calls to confirm this upgraded reservation yet the hotel has failed to uphold their promise. The reception in the hotel said there are no Privilege Rooms available at all to give me. How can this be possible when the reservation has been confirmed? Please read through all my emails from the beginning when I spoke to Amal on the phone till the last communication with John. The heating or aircon is non existence. The phone does not work and cannot speak to reception without having to go down. many TV channels has no signal. The WiFi is absolutely horrendous unless you go into the toilet. The USB charging port by the bedside lamp does not work at all and you have to charge away from your bed. I should be given a refund for services not rendered. I am extremely disappointed. Please advise why was my reservation not honoured.

4th time staying here now coming over with my son for matches , had an issue tonight with our lock , staff went above and beyond to fix this , to name them rukhsana , niam and Zohaib , to even offer us complimentary drinks even though the issue was our own fault , will definitely return again

Disappointing

Been here less than an hour and already regretting it. Be aware that whilst it says on tne site that there is parking, it is phenomenally expensive - it isn’t included. Reception staff are rude - had key thrust at me , total of four words spoken “I have your booking “ - had no idea of breakfast times, where it is served, whether there is a restaurant , where lifts are etc etc Go elsewhere if you can - no idea how this is rated as 4 stars , certainly not based on service

Room key cards constantly failing over 40 minutes up and down to reception one day not enough staff at the bar over half an hour wait not staffs fault management new there was a conference in the hotel and didn’t put on enough staff greed they would have made more profit if properly staffed rooms excellent
