Thank you Sofitel for another glorious stay in my go-to London hotel! I've stayed in a good few hotels around the world, and this is up there with the BEST! I've often found service lacking in European hotels (sorry, but true), especially when compared to Asia but the Sofitel St James is like home from home, with the best service around! You're honestly made to feel like family here. Beautiful rooms, especially front facing ones on the second floor, the comfiest beds - like sleeping on a cloud, and did I mention the breakfast - exceptional! And, finally, the location cannot be beaten! See you again in a couple of weeks!

Well located, well appointed room with comfortable bed, courteous staff and excellent breakfast.

Dear Mrs Dossault, We thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Its a pleasure to hear you appreciated the room with our renowned Sofitel MyBed and the courtesy of the team in particular. I am sorry you were disappointed with the lack of electrical outlets in in the bathroom as per UK health and safety regulations although we will certainly look into the shower screen and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we strive to maintain the highest standards of comfort and convenience for our guests. Nevertheless, it’s a pleasure to know you appreciated the quality of our breakfast, thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to welcome you back again in the future. From the moment we entered the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome and a helpful attitude from the staff. Our room was immaculate, accommodating , nice big window, lovely furnishings and a great bed.
