I used it as a one night base to visit family. The bed was very comfortable. There was a pillow choice but the phone in my room wouldn't work and I found out late at night. I was not given the internet password so I don't know what happens there. The reception held my bags until check in time. You need to pay more for early check in, before 2pm, or book yourself the night before. Hot water, clean, tea coffee jug, own temperature control. Taxi stand right in front of hotel. Woolworths supermarket one Street back, waterfront two streets before. Post Office across the road. Shops around. Restaurant looked nice but I didn't use.. plenty of choice as around. I would definitely stay again

It was an ok stay. Issues were the bathroom smelt a bit musty, towels were old and worn, and corridor smelt if tobacco smoke. Check in a little slow.
