Stayed 3 nights Room nice and clean but could of done with a deep clean And would like /need a coat hook As no where to put my wet coat and needs a bin in the room aswell but overall really enjoyed our stay and only 18 minutes walk to the centre And nice views too . would recommend and stay again

Illness in Amsterdam!

The hotel is clean and comfortable if a little basic in its facilities. Whilst there, I developed a gastro illness (nothing to do with the hotel!) which meant that we needed to stay another night and postpone our flights. Staff were unfailingly kind and helpful especially concierges Reya and Kevin. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job of cleaning the linen and the bathroom promptly so I could rest for the day. I had to visit a doctor all in the midst of snow chaos and again staff did all they could to support my husband in making the arrangements. We were able to fly the next day and I am very grateful for all the care and kindness shown by staff at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location was very convenient. Overall, I felt welcome and relaxed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
