There's just no question that Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile is the best place to stay downtown. The service is truly second to none, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every member of the staff is helpful and kind.

Our stay was wonderful. Great room, comfortable bed, kind service. The breakfasts were very good also. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to downtown Chicago or catch the Red Line to visit our son up north. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Hotel very nice and all as epected. 2 issues: - For the first time in my life i was charged 3 dollars for receiving a delivery?! 3 dollars for each package! Even though the packages all came together from Amazon and were left at reception. What a needless charge. I would expect more from the Sofitel experiance. - the water in my room was not replaced on my third day. A small detail but annoying when you only notice late at night and dont want to have to call someone.
