When I stay at this hotel, it is because I am taking a break and I want to spend time away in this lovely hotel. It’s an experience. My room this time overlooked a parking lot. They moved me right away, but why wd I get that room? I paid for an extension till 2 for meetings and cleaners tried several times to get in my room while I was in calls. Did no one tell them? Service in restaurants was just ok this time… I wd think before coming back… and this hotel has wonderful memories with my Mom, Aunt, sisters… 1st time I wasn’t over the moon about staying. The valet just stood there.. never talked… just basically ignored me…

The location is terrific. The room was well appointed and clean, although the shower is very small. Service was professional and courteous and overall it was a great stay.
