The staff was very friendly and professional. I had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a suite as "guest of the day". The suite was amazing: it was spacious, with a very nice view and great amenities. I very much enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back next time I am in town.

I booked a stay for my family and reserved 2 rooms; we arrived about 2:45p and because check in is at 3p only one room was ready so I had my kids take it. I was told my 2nd room would be ready shortly. I waited in my daughters room for the text notification and nothing came. We had family arrived at 2:55p (we had a total of 5 rooms for our stay) and they received their rooms before I did and were even offered an upgrade. I walked down to the front desk and the young man did not even offer an apology and was very dismissive of my complaint and could not explain why i was kept waiting and put into a queue. He did not offer help with my bags and did not offer the full explanation of amenities, and other hotel benefits for our stay. The beds were "overused" and mattresses very uncomfortable and the pillows were even more distasteful. Guests are charged for in room dining service delivery which is absurd. However, I will say the person who delivered my breakfast was extremely courteous and warm with his approach, delivery and conversation.
