THE 2 NIGHTS I STAYED AT SOFITEL WERE SO RELAXING. ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND BED AND LINEN WERE PERFECT. FRONT AND BAR STAFF WERE ALL NICE AND ENGAGING .GETTING A LATE CHECK OUT WAS NICE.OUTDOOR STAFF REALLY ACCOMADATING IN HELPING WITH TAXI SERVICE. THIS HOTEL DOES A NICE JOB IN ALL AREAS

This was a staycation for us and it was the ideal location and hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room is a good size and the location couldn’t be better. Bloomies down the street, oak street shops and other high end shopping. Great breakfast at the hotel but Tempo cafe is also right next door. Parking is convenient as there is a garage next door. There’s also a grocery around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well lit and large enough for two people. We had a classic king and the East view of the city was beautiful.

Great location, but rooms and lobby are dated

Dated lobby: Furniture looked to be new, but floor and carpet was dated Lobby Bar: Terrible service from wait staff Housekeeping didn't restock water each day. Dated room: Light switches not located adjacent to door. Door was out of alignment and not easy to lock. Shower floor tile is very slippery and doesn't have a ledge to make easy to shave legs.
