Excellent location, very comfortable, loved Happy Hour. Overall a really good experience on our second visit to Lyon. Very efficient staff (although they did forget to provide the 2nd requested luggage rack), lovely rooms, nice and quiet and comfy bed.

We got a warm welcome from the reception, the room and bathroom were clean. We had lots of TV channels, like BBC of international TV channels. We had expected a small elevator, but were pleasantly surprised to see how big it was compared to average size of French elevators, and it also had a small bench to sit! The hotel did a wonderful job with wake up call and car to the airport at 3.30 a.m. We also found the location perfect for both sightseeing, shopping and restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL hotel. Exceptional location!! My friend and I stayed here for a weekend. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our room and enjoyed wine and cheese on our balcony in the afternoons. The room was quite comfortable for two people, and the location is perfect for walking and shopping. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave my car with the valet, which was incredibly convenient. I also took advantage of the spa and had a lovely one hour massage. If you are in Lyon with friends, as a couple, or solo, I highly recommend.

Amazing central location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, cold A/C, great included breakfast, quiet at night, decent sized rooms and bathrooms (for European hotel rooms that is), close to two Metro stops and the prime shopping area in Lyon.
