The room was small and had uncomfortable pillows to sleep on. The staff were really pleasant and friendly. Dinner service was good and they had some nice food to eat. The bathroom is really tiny. This hotel is really out of the way.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and I was recognized as an Accor Platinum member. The rooms are clean. The food in the restaurant was good but there could have been more variety at breakfast. Although I was a single traveler, there was only one small pillow in the room.

You need to ask for the good rooms,as this hotel has different categories including a certain noise level from the outside, while the windosw is open. This hotel is pretty old, accordingly stuffed, so do not expect too much!

Really worn down but kind service

I was here for one night for a business conference. The hotel itself is really worn down and - judging from the interior design - hasn’t been renovated within the past 20 years or so. Service, on the other hand, was very friendly and kind at all times, except for the bar: We were there with a large group of people and the barkeeper went away all the time and we had to wait long.

Only stayed 1.night at end of a tour. Lovely town surrounded by beautiful forest which is easily accessed by 10.min walk up the street. Very safe town. Easy walk to train and to access Bad Homburg for spas or Frankfurt city. Big rooms with lounge and balcony with views to mountains. Late breakfast until 11am and late checkout til 12. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Hotel well maintained but the pool area wasn't very inviting and a bit grimy.
