We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel charming and that you enjoyed the quality of your room, as well as the spa and gym. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower in your room. Please do not hesitate to contact reception next time, as a technician would have been involved. However, we are sorry to hear that the restaurant did not live up to your expectations. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We are sorry that your stay did not go well. We are surprised by the smell of cigarettes, perhaps due to people at the entrance of the hotel when opening a door. As for the old-fashioned aspect of the hotel, we would like to inform you that a renovation project is underway. We hope to see you again for another stay and offer you a better experience at Mercure Luxembourg Kikuoka Golf & Spa!
