Raintree_Thailand TripAdvisor review

The staff were very good about responding to inquiries by email before our arrival. The location is not bad, about 12-15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was so-so, quite noisy with poor shower and terrible aircon. The bed and linens were good, however. Breakfast was OK.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, comfortable and overall good, although a little bit of maintenance is needed in the bathroom. Room service was a limited menu but quick, good service and excellent Moroccan tagine. The best thing was that I tried out the Hammam, which was great, a real cultural experience and did my skin the world of good (thank you Hayt!). Also very good value.

My family and I enjoy staying at Diwan hotel - it is cosy and well located. The quality of the bedding is excellent and the staff both professional and welcoming. Hopefully, the ongoing renovation will take care of pending issues such as leaking bathroom sink, old carpets etc.
