the hotel is conveniently located in a very nice neighbourhood. The room was clean but very cold and impossible to warm up. The hotel staff provided me with a whatsapp number in case I needed anything. Nice idea, a real pity they did not reply when I asked for slippers (that were not in the room). Breakfast is fair Just a bit below the standard.

This is our 4th stay in December (over 4 years) and is our go to hotel for our special pre-Christmas trip to London for a long weekend. As returning guests we were really well looked after, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so quiet despite being very close to Borough Market, Tate Modern and London Bridge. They’re always very cleaned and well looked after. Breakfast is great too, loads of choice! Would highly recommend, close to lots of things and all walkable. Already booked for December 2025!

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Hotel (London Bridge) for our company Christmas dinner in London. Partnering with Mercure Hotel was a fantastic choice, as everything—from the planning to the evening itself—was seamless and enjoyable. Special thanks to the team at Mercure, particularly Louis and Karma, who provided excellent support throughout the planning process. They ensured our dinner for 16 people was perfectly organised and memorable. We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing welcome from the team (Reception, restaurant). Very nicely decorated for Chrismas. Very good location. Went there for business meeting and the conference room we had had the view on the street which is giving a great natural lighting. The room was also well provided with amenities such as coffees, teas, and sweets. Thank you again.
