Nice renovated rooms that feel different from the usual ibis style, which makes this hotel special to me. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best I have had in a hotel.

Flooring in the hotel is like being on the programme squid games hard to find your way out room was clean though and house keeping come and made the bed and clean towels every day breakfast was basic could never find a staff receptionist and bar staff always out the front smoking and didn’t wash hands when come back in and touched food topping up items also lift not working

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel very clean and well connected to the center. Kate from the reception was really sweet and helpful and recommended some nice places to see! I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel! Many thanks again Kate and the team for your kindness 🙏🏼

Few days in London with my husband and grandson

We were allocated on the 13th floor which was a disabled room. Ha a wet room for the bathroom. Beds were hard and not enough pillows. The bathroom smelled of sewage. Went down to breakfast on the second morning. No bacon or eggs. Only 2 sausages left. No sign of being refilled. No juices either. No cups for coffee. Cold uncomfortable room. Lifts not working. I definitely will not book an ibis hotel again .

Kate was truly amazing on reception, all staff and super friendly and helpful! The bar is really lovely! The hotel is in a great location too everywhere, I will definitely be wanting to stay at the Ibis again very soon! Thank you very much!!!!!
