Stayed in this hotel for a night and I have loved everything about this hotel. The staff, from the housekeeping to the reception staff they all have been great. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a nice stop over, away from home.

It was a nice stay, I been here after a staff party me and my friend has a very good sleep and the supervisor housekeeper was very understanble the next day for the check out thanks shana and her staff. Rhe manager of reception is so nice and welcoming and the receptionist lady as well.

More like a motel than a hotel. They have a terrible, unmade car park, akin to driving on the moon with huge craters! Grubby little workmen smoking weed in the car park which wafts around in to the rooms. Done expect a good nights sleep as the lights shine in to the rooms, the curtains don’t pull properly so impossible to block the light out and it’s lit up all night along the landings. Hot rooms without aircon so you need the windows open so that you don’t cook which unfortunately means that you get to listen to some of the undesirable guests arguing and slamming doors until the early hours. I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t sleep well on any of them. Avoid this hovel at all costs!

My stay here was very beautiful, all the people was very nice. All the rooms was clean and tge food was amazing. I will come definitely next time here . I will let them know about this hotel to other people because the price is excelent and the staff also.

Difficult to find... I arrived quite late - 21:30 as I was there for a training meeting lasting 2 days. The bedroom was like a 'Butlins' style chalet, on the ground floor. As I entered the room, I noticed there was a strong smell of cooking fat, that was uncomfortable, and the carpet had some dark brown stains. The paint was coming off the walls in places, there were clearly 'plaster and paint' patches in multiple places, and there was a hole in the ceiling (size of a tennis ball) where the wi-fi device was coming through. At £85 per night including breakfast, although the car park was free - it's not worth it. I went to reception to complain, and was told that there were no other rooms for me. I had driven 100 miles and almost 2 hours. When I asked what their complaint procedure would be - got a piece of scrap paper with a barely legible hand written email address - possibly in the hope that I wouldn't be able to read the address! I chose to drive home again, rather than stay here! Drove the 100 miles again in the morning to my training course and booked another hotel. Needs demolishing - repaint wouldn't be enough.
