Reached out to staff for help with television remote control, wash basin, direction, etc - every time they responded politely, promptly and helpfully. The hotel was within walking distance from Coventry train station, bus stops and the Coventry city centre.

Stayed one night on business. Parking available for £6 a night. Check in was quick and simple. Room was reasonable size, with a small open cupboard for hanging clothes. Shower was powerful, but the direction of the jet couldn’t be adjusted from hitting the shower door so it soaked the floor by the sink. Breakfast was simple but filling. Location was good for those wishing to go into the city centre.

Great staff, great room, bathroom not as clean as the one in Greenwich, no face towel

This was OK and definitely so for the money. Customer service was faultless as it had been when I stayed at the one in Greenwich. Staff are very good. Let down by a persistent smell in the bathroom, no face towel to go with the bath towels, and some small but noticeable staining in the bathroom. Location is good in terms of distance from railway and town centre, but you do have to negotiate the pedestrian subways from Hell to get to it from either.

Amende pour stationnement sur parking difficile à récupérer

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 jours autour Noël avec supplément parking pour la voiture en location. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel rien a signaler, tout c'est bien passé. A notre retour en France nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir été prélevée par la société de location de voiture de 35 £ + frais de gestion / jour, (total > 250 €) pour des amendes émises par la société gestionnaire du parking Ibis pour le stationnement que nous avions réservé et payé... Celà fait bientôt plus de 3 mois que cette histoire c'est passée et si l'hôtel a bien voulu entendre notre problème, nous n'avons toujours pas récupéré le montant injustement prélevé.
