Place in the middle to meet family from London. We have come from Newcastle. Great service, rooms and food. Well done to the team. Manager on Friday went above and beyond. No negative issues on our trip. Will revisit.

Nice clean room, bed very comfy, had a great sleep. Wanted to take the shower home with me 😂 had a really nice breakfast although the beans were cold on one of the days. All staff were lovely and very helpful.

The worst hotel I have never seen in my life. Rooms tha are old style and with no so nice smell. I took 3 days to have another room. The restaurant can close ( of the 10 platea in the manu, 8 of them are not available when you try to order them). In addition to that , to order you have to call the staff at least 10 times . No service in the room, bar or water in bottle (it’a the minimun for a hotel 4 stars). When you ask it to rhe reception one girl say “yes of course, when you come back you’ll find here the bottle” but… when you arrive 2 new guys , smiling say to you (like if I’ crazy): “you have to ask it to the reastaurant” … maybe itms not so clear but we pay lots of money (completely unjustified) to a service that doesn’t exist ! Staff to be changed and more KPI service level to the customers is needed. I don’t recommend at al it.

Shakira and all hotel staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble, always a check in to ask if all ok. First class customer service. The facilities were spotless and plenty of refreshments. A credit to the Novotel. A big thank you from the NHS training team.

Decent hotel. Well laid out and handy for Coventry. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Beds are so comfy, we both slept like logs. Food is tasty. We had a blocked shower, which was dealt with swiftly. The staff are so lovely and really helpful. My irk is the carpets. They are so dirty. Our room had stains and burn marks, the corridors are littered with stains, and the restaurant is the worst. It looks awful, and when you are eating, it's really of putting. Stains aside. We would definitely stay here again.
