Very disappointed with this stay as stay. Many times. No coffee in room on arrival. No fridge in room. Safe not working. Stale coffee marks in the cups and tea stains on the walls and food stains. Very comfortable sleep. Just need to clean rooms more thoroughly

Good stay for a stop over just off the motorway free secure parking large reception friendly staff bar area restaurant and pool table however I thought food and drinks were expensive so I ordered food on just eat there are a few meeting rooms and outdoor space with park to enjoy the sun our room very spacious double with tv fridge and more bathroom walk in shower very powerful clean white towels big window in room across the carpark to see the motorway Good stay for a night's rest

We have just come back from a 3 night stay and what a lovely comfortable experience. Room was very clean with an amazing shower. Nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely and the bar and outside garden were lovely. Really e joyed sitting under the apple tree🌳. Best of all it was my partners birthday and they really did a thoughtful touch to the room. We will definitely be back when next in the area. Well done Team Novotel Coventry!

Poor- Customer service dreadful-, faulty shower, and new room I was moved to was dirty. Food very average- certainly not fresh as advertised. Manager couldnt be bothered to even reply to my emails about my stay. Wont be staying in this Hotel again!

All staff were exceptional i.e Management, reception, house keeping, bar, kitchen etc. They went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They were warm, welcoming, and showed they cared about the customer. I would say, keep it going !
