Dear AtCheshire, Firstly thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback about your recent stay with ourselves. May I express my sincerest apologies that what I thought was a little bit of harmless banter between yourself, your wife and my myself was taken offensively. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and wished that you had voiced your displeasure with your room as soon as it was apparent that it was not to your satisfaction, at which point we may have room moved you. I will look into why you have not received your invoice and get this sorted for you asap.
