Bar staff Dominika Dom & Scarlett supurb knowalge and exellent freindly service throughout my stay. Highly recomended. Hotel clean & tidy and helpfull staff throughout comple. Plenty ov options on bugfet breakfest and a good quality menue for tea. Foot what i eaten during my stay from menue was a good high presentend standard

Very well-maintained hotel, spacious bedroom with nice furnishings, large bed, maybe superking size. Bath as well as shower. Excellent breakfast choice from the buffet: good range of cooked items, cereals, mixed berries, croissants etc. I find the hotel convenient for Silverstone. Parking free for guests by entering reg no. at the desk.

I visit 3 or 4 hotels a week to use conference rooms. If all the conference staff were as good as Aleks my life would be so much less stressful. Always smiling and helpful, always has everything ready for me and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks

Cet hôtel a son parking payant, non affiché sur le comptoir de la réception, ni sur la voie d'accès de ca parking, non éclairé, non abrité et en mauvais état. Il n'est pas non plus signalé par le personnel de la réception, malgré la demande faite pour savoir s'il est possible de recharger un véhicule électrique, donc qu'il y a une voiture à stationner. En payant le jour du départ, je signale que je n'ai pas pris de p.d.j., mais il m'est facturé. Pas de demande si j'ai un véhicule au parking. Professionnalisme dans cet hôtel égal à 00. Par contre, envoi d'une contravention, dont le coût est supérieur à celui de la chambre. Là, chapeau! Les autres hôtels du groupe ACCOR, à Northampton ou Milton Keynes sont nettement au-dessus au niveau service. Aucune réponse de la part d'un responsable suite à un mail envoyé pour signaler ce problème, ainsi qu'après un signalement au service client ACCOR, montre l'état d'esprit du management et donc du personnel. A éviter, il ya mieux pas loin.
