For 2*, everything was as we could want it, it was clean and comfortable. Shower cubicle was quite small. Overall it was great value for a stop over before the ferry.

Perfect place to stay for the night after disembarking the ferry. Early breakfast time so can make early start to rest of journey. Breakfast very good for the price, Clean and comfortable room. Will stay again and recommend to friends/family

Now let’s be honest, this is a budget hotel with 2 stars, so there are things that you won’t get here that you will with a 3 or 4 star, such as tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, a smaller shower cubicle, a restaurant. However, as a hotel that provides, exceedingly clean rooms, and bathrooms, has a very decent breakfast room with a very acceptable petit dejeuner, lovely coffee and the most friendly and helpful staff such as Cedric on the reception. This really is a top rated lovely little hotel. It’s in a convenient area for restaurants and shops, and the centre, it has excellent parking which is very safe and a very nice outside seating area, where we had a bottle of champagne and soaked up the sun. Whilst the hotel does not have a restaurant, it is able to provide pizzas and which we partook of when we couldn’t be bothered to walk up to the restaurants. Cedric provided this, which was probably microwaved, but it was hot and crispy (no soggy bottoms here) and delicious. He also, upon noticing we had brought a bottle of wine, provided, without being asked, 2 wine glasses. The free Wi-Fi, in this hotel is the best we have experienced in any hotel, no glitches. Only a 10 mile drive from Ouistreham for the ferry back to Portsmouth, absolutely ideal location for doing a bit of sightseeing before going home. We were here for 2 nights and will be booking this hotel again for our next trip to France.

Great value budget hotel strolling distance to retail park with fast food outlets and lovely all u can eat Chinese restaurant - good place to overnight stay before early ferry departure or late arrival at Ouistreham (Caen). Friendly staff and good car parking.

Ideal for a one night stay before catching the ferry to England. The room was spotlessly clean.Beds are comfortable.Very good value for money. Ideally placed for the commercial center where can eat drink,shop and refuel the car.
