Dear Carley O, I'm sorry the quality of service was not as you expected. Note that we try to do our best to provide a 4 star service. About the room you had a good reflexe to come at the reception I'm sorry if the 1st room smell the cigarett... As we said somes guests didn't think to other guest and smoke in the room even if it's forbidden.. I will speak to the chief about vegan dishes, but note that we don't have vegan option at the dinner but we can make it on request directly if it's possible.
