Amazing customer service

We only stopped one night but everything was fantastic. Bed clean and comfortable along with bathroom. We would definitely go back and stay again perfect for short over night stay with family. The staff were very friendly & helpful especially the hotel manager Charaf who helped reunite our son with his cuddly rabbit that we accidentally left behind in the hotel. We are forever grateful Thank you Charaf your amazing

Very good hotel, quiet and well cleaned. I recommend it to people who are looking for a cheap hotel with needed accommodations. Close to a supermarket so can be helpful and a nice city. near to this hotel will find a forest for a walk.

I have stayed here a few times and it great value. Never had a problem there but this time the air conditioning was broken in my room and the guy on reception just told me 'no, no, it is fine, the best room in the hotel'. Well it was definitely broken. Not good on a very hot day.

This hotel is fine for what it is. A small, cheap, functional room for 1 to 2 people. It doesn’t have any luxuries but it was clean and everything worked as expected. There were some strange noises coming from the walls and a loud neighbor but nothing was wrong with our room itself. Checking in was interesting as there isn’t a front desk so make sure you have your reservation number for the automated check in machine when you arrive in case no one is there.

For a budget hotel, the Ibis at L’Isle Adam is superb. Welcoming staff, the room was warm, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. This with a good WiFi was all I needed. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, so all in all I was very happy with my choice.
