Arrived very late on a busy Friday evening after driving all the way from Massy, on the road to Bordeaux. Had a warm welcome from the lady at reception who opened the gate and managed the check in for me as I was falling asleep. Very practical location close to A10, shopping center and bakery shops near by. Good value for money.

Inferior maintenance :-( Only one toilet works for floor, no light on at other or completely closed! No soap was in bathroom and it was generally quite far from cleanest one. Printer did not run at front desk, invoice needed to be sent via email... Position is standard for these hotels, but price was higher than expected with such amenities, probably because of Loire Valley location. Luckily, for two nights there only!

O hotel segue o padrão da Rede F1 de simplicidade e preço baixo. As funcionárias são simpáticas e prestativas e o quarto é ok e limpo. O grande problema são os banheiros, velhos, quebrados, muitos interditados por não ter luz, ou a porta não fechar, ou o chuveiro não sair água ou alagar!

I received a confirmation after my online booking which i verified upon calling the hotel. On arrival we were shocked that the hotel did not find our booking and later found that the booking was cancelled. No cancellation message received prior to our arrival. Finally the rate was not the same. It was much higher. In addition the credit card machine at the hotel was not working and we had to arrange cash. Please treat this as a claim refund the difference and the inconvenience. Thank you

L accueille très désagréable même pas un bonsoir , très froid l accueille, notre 1 image est négatif, après elle nous ouvre la chambre , l etat de la chambre est horrible niveau hygiène zéro , les draps ,à l intérieur du lit plein de tâches jaunes sales voir photo et même un coton tige et une pince d epilée , l odeur de la chambre prener le nez , je vous conseille de pas venir .
