Bonjour, merci pour votre commentaire suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ai pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant le mail il s'agit d'un mail automatique envoyé à tous nos clients, expliquant que si il n'y a pas de garantie bancaire après 18h votre réservation n'est pas assuré, mais vu que vous avez déjà payé vous n'étiez donc pas concerné puisque vous aviez déjà donné votre garantie bancaire. Pour l'odeur de cigarette nous sommes désolés, n'hésitez pas la prochaine fois à prévenir la réception nous vous aurions trouvé une solution. Cordialement l'hôtel F1 de Chaumont
