Hotel F1 Mulhouse Centre Ouest (renovated)

Arrived and nearly drove off but it was late at night - should have done !! Not the reception you would expect party at front door !!!! Couldn't park car till dealer had finished his business, 20 min to check in as reception manager decided todith home national first who paid cash €7 cheaper and in his pocket it went !! Groups of people in stairwells, room next door lady was busy with visiting guests !!! No towels really poor .....I booked late and didnt check reviews never again !!!! Also lots of rooms with lockboxes removed but being used.......strange !!!!!! I'm sure it gives you the picture.....dont stop here a sweatbox Ghetto Hellhole

Just find another hotel. You have no need to stay here. The reality is if you are a contractor it works if anyone else it doesn't. Seriously too many smokers too many males too little food of a poor quality. Use your care or a park bench I can't give zero stars so it's already over rated!!!!

Booked one night for convenience as we had an early flight. We arrived with 3 pieces of luggage. There was no lift and we were on the third floor.! We had to get a taxi at 5.00am and they would not help us book in advance. At 4.30 am we went down to call a taxi only to be informed there were none available. We asked the desk clerk to try another number but he refused. We had to walk with all our luggage, and it is not a simple walk at all. Steps etc. nightmare. Also the rooms are not big enough to open a case on the floor. Would never ever stay there again.

I have stayed in many hotels in many places around the world, but this one is the worst by far! No staff, we had to go and find someone to check us in, it was dirty, hot and we weren’t really prepared for shared bathrooms and toilets! I’ve never seen a toilet without a hand basin before. No WiFi (as advertised) and the hotel is clearly being used to house homeless and African immigrants. I fully realise that they need a housing solution but this should be communicated to customers. I have never felt unsafe in a hotel before but here we did. I will never use this hotel again. Ever.

I stayed here on my last night in France and had an early morning flight to catch. In such cases, I tend to plan so that any emergencies, like an early morning cab not appearing when it should, can be easily handled. When I set out to find a restaurant for dinner, my journey took me on a route that indicated a walking path to the airport was available. Feeling adventurous, I took the path and ended up eating a sandwich at the airport, while also discovering the walk door-to-door was 20 minutes. I didn't even bother arranging for a ride the next morning, I just walked.
