Very handy to the Stade de Beaujoire. (!!RWC 2023!!) Walking distance. Free parking too and friendly reception. Absolutely no qualms about recommending. Really good access to the motorway north. Great wee spot.

Booked in September 22 for the rugby in Nantes, a week before we were due to travel they cancelled without explanation other than lack of availability. I messaged in August 23 and they confirmed my booking, only to later have to find alternative accommodation with a weeks notice. Did not further respond to any further messages. Very poor customer service.

Had a reservation 6-9th Oct booked since early 2023, 3 days before my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. All the hotel prices were crazy and was left with no accommodation, very stressful and angry this has happened. Would never book here again!

Worse place I have stayed in my life don’t go.

Negatives Omg we arrived at 8.15on, to what looked like a refuge camp. Men outside drinking beer. I made the mistake of booking a room without an en-suite. Hotel full ( can’t believe that). I am 56 and had to share the facilities with men, to whom we almost naked. Toilets and showers we discusting. Excrement everywhere. The worst place I have stayed in all my life. I was with my husband but didn’t feel safe at all. Rooms small, Beds hard. Noisy Positives Left the hotel alive. DO NOT STAY

Disaster! They lost our group booking, made us pay more and have yet to resolve the complaint. Avoid at all costs.

Please be careful booking this hotel as a booking reference will not guarantee you a room or the agreed price! I know what to expect with a HotelF1 as we have stayed in a number over the years and they are always functional and clean. This hotel was no different and performed most of the functions adequately with the exception of having the WORST customer service in the world. Despite booking 6 months in advance for 5 families to stay during August, the hotel lost all of our bookings even though we had a confirmed booking and valid reference number. Despite ringing both Accor France and U.K., who both agreed that our reference number was valid, the hotel did not have enough rooms left and refused to accept the price we had booked in. Despite a lot of protests, including using a fluent French speaker to get across our frustrations, we spent two hours trying to organise the rooms, only to finally accept defeat and buy the remaining rooms at €25 above our booked asking price and booking in to another HotelF1 in Nantes for my family as this was the only option. Luckily we had arrived earlier than our friends and were able to sort it out ahead of their arrival, with young children, at midnight; I do not know how we would have coped with the stresses we did in the middle of the night. We were advised to lodge a complaint by Accor themselves on our return to the UK and I did this on 28 Aug 16 via the Accor website. I have hastened a number of times and have only received holding responses despite being approximately €50 out of pocket before I agree compensation for my time. Everyone has been very polite when I have spoken to them but they are supposedly waiting on a response from this hotel before coming back to me; with the quality of administration we witnessed, they are going to be waiting a long time and that is just making me angrier. I don't know what the next step is but if I can avoid someone else suffering the same fate as me then at least there will be one small positive.
