Clean, spacious and practical. We were on our way from England to Portugal and Nantes was one of our stops for a night. Lovely Dinner at La Cigale and a comfortable rest at Adagio. This brand never disappoints, the staff was also very friendly 🙏🏽

Very well situated, next to the city center. Our room was clean and comfortable and the wifi worked well. Helpful staff. Bathroom was a little too small but clean. Although they have a private parking, you have to prebook it or otherwise you won't be able to acces it (no problems though because there are nearby public parkings as well).

Don’t get a street-facing room

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sparse at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms spacious and clean. It was dog friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The reception staff were very helpful. The location is perfect and close to main attractions

I have stayed in this hotel before. I liked it's location, close to the train station and bus stop to the airport. During the pandemic, Accor the owners of the Adagio chain of hotels decided to cancel all reward points accumulated by their customers who did not stay in their hotels during the previous year. My points that I had built up were all deleted, even though we could not travel during the pandemic. As a result I now choose Accor Hotels as my second choice rather than first choice of places to stay. We decided to stay here for two nights recently. One night at the beginning of our holiday to the coast and a second night at the end of our trip to the coast. We needed a hotel close to the bus stop to the airport as we were getting an early flight. I booked this hotel three months before travelling. I requested a room on the first floor, overlooking the front of the hotel with a walk in shower. On arrival, I was offered a room on the third floor, at the back of the building with a bath. After giving them three months notice I thought that they might have actually read my requests. I stood my ground and eventually a room on the first floor, back of hotel with shower was located for me. It was a decent sized room with good air conditioning and good shower. The bed pillows have to be the worst I have ever slept on. Tiny balls of air. You end up effectively sleeping flat on the bed. I ended up propping up the pillows using towels from the bathroom. When we returned to the hotel after our weeks stay on the coast we were left waiting until 3.30 before a room was eventually found for us. Many other people were standing around reception also waiting to check in. Rooms were nor ready. Maybe they should employ more staff to deal with this. The first thing we noticed in our room was a section of the roof in the bathroom hanging down over the toilet. It looked incredibly dangerous. Our room had only just been cleaned. I cannot understand why the person cleaning the room could not have reported this danger. As there were no other rooms available in the hotel we felt that we would have to grin and bear it as we had been sitting in reception for over an hour waiting for this room to be allocated to us.

Lors de votre séjour, il y a effectivement eu un dysfonctionnement sur les dalles de plafond des toilettes de votre studio.et nous en sommes sincèrement désolés. Nous vous précions cependant qu'il n'y avait aucun danger, les dalles étant simplement sorties de leurs rails. Concernant les autres points, nous avons vu avec les différents services concernés afin qu'ils soient améliorés. Cordialement,
