We are in France but most of Accor All Diamond benefits were not recognised: no upgrade, no welcome gift, was accidentally charged for breakfast in the weekend. Room is small, difficult to move around. Having said that, a positive is the convenient location which is at walking distance to most sightseeings

I was very disappointed with the hotel especially as we were charged higher prices than our stays in Angers & Paris. The location was good for our needs but the very small room, although very modern, made it hard to move about. On day 1 the breakfast was a shambles with the turnover of tables very slow, we in fact set up our own. There was a need to request basic items such as milk & hot water. The second day was a little better thanks to Aurelie who was very keen to please. On top of that our check in deposit of 660 euros has not been refunded and should not have been charged in the first place. We were glad we only had 2 days there.

The hotel is in a good location with a secure underground car park. The privalage room was spacious and comfortable. It is a shame that paper cups are now the norm in Accor hotels. Breakfast and service in the restaurant was poor, we were never at anytime asked for our 'pass sanitaire'.

Very nice hotel in good location; just few meters from the train station, so perfect when you come to Nantes by train. The problem was lot of mistakes on the services (restaurant, room quality,....) so my travel was not nice and the price is too expensive if you compare to the service I receive....

Undergoing renovations - book elsewhere

Be careful booking here. Terrible first impression - I wasn’t informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations (why do renovations during the peak season of summer? Strange). See photos I’ve uploaded. Receptionist wasn’t at the desk when I arrived and waited 10mins until someone turned up. She didn’t explain herself nor what was happening outside. Wasn’t friendly either. I suspect it would be noisy too with all the work going on so I’m afraid that sleeping would be challenging. I’ve been an Accor Hotel member for years and really disappointed about this hotel. Best to wait 6 months or so once the renovation is done in order to make your monies worth. Otherwise, don’t book here and choose elsewhere.

We also had an air conditioning issue at your arrival, this is why, unfortunately, the receptionist had to check each floor to fix it and was not at the desk at this moment.
