Budget by name and by nature. Room and bathroom clean but very small and basic. First time in a long while a room smelt of smoke. Free internet worked but not fast. Plenty of parking. Restaurants nearby.Didnt try breakfast.

Stayed in the ‘cocoon’ family room which is over two floors!! Clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast was fine self service and staff were helpful. Location is a little bit away from the city but close to ring road. Good selection of family restaurants nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, easy to find, the usual very clean and comfy room, plentiful breakfast, places to eat close by, fuel station just up the road. Booked in advance and paid very reasonable rate for one night stay. We always try to stay in Ibis budget hotels in France - they really have it right compared to others. Planes flew low overhead in the evening, but stopped in plenty of time for a good night's sleep.

It was a central location, easy to find ( with a sat nav!) . The room had a double bed with a bunk over it and also a mezzanine level with twin beds. Great for the kids to settle to sleep! Nantes was a really surprisingly nice city to explore and this was a great base. We were near tram stops and public transport into the city was excellent.

We checked in after getting one month advance bookings. To our utter surprise, when 16 of us dragged our suitcases all d way from the railway station to the hotel, no one bothered to serve water...they checked the systems to see if at all v r booked and then at their own luxury of time provided rooms! The AC in the rooms was not working and the hotel had no apology for that! Imagine ur out on holiday and u Hv to sleep in no AC rooms ... We opened the windows but still couldn't sleep because people were put on road to enjoy FIFA matches. When we asked the reception to serve us water, we were told to come down to restaurant and take the jug... When we asked for dental kit, we were told to go to the vending machine!! Swiss Air were our tour agents. Horrendous experience we had with ibis and the agents who recommended this 17000 room per night and did nothing to ease out stay.

Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, mais je pense que ce n'est pas dans mon hôtel que vous avez séjourné. En effet, je n'ai aucun problème de climatisation dans les chambres. Je n'ai pas de restaurant. Et je n'ai pas de distributeur de kit dentaire. De plus je n'ai pas reçu de groupe ces derniers jours.Peut-être s'agissait-il d'un hôtel de la même chaine sur Nantes? Bien à vous.
