Staff very good and very helpful, rooms are standard but good overall - could do with more lighting! I would recommend contacting the hotel for a taxi from airport as airport taxis are a little intimidating and cost a lot more!if you are heading into Brussels, I'd suggest getting a taxi back to the airport and using Flibco direct to Brussels Midi.

IMPORTANT - This hotel is a good 15 - 20 minute drive from the airport, you need to prior contact the hotel (phone) to book to get a cheaper taxi rate (€17) instead of the €30 the airport taxis charge.

It would be our last time choosing this hotel. it is written shuttle bus but its not free u have to pay. there is no bar in the bedroom not even water to drink . no fridge .even no sockets near the bed .no kettle. It was a very bad experience for me in a hot warm day waiting 3 hours for the shuttle .it didn't come. I took a taxi which ask me to pay in cash at the first try to dropped me off in ibis budget (it wasn't hotels taxi) some other. May be all the things are just misunderstanding but hit me badly for one night relaxing between business trip.

Regarding the shuttle service, we apologize for any confusion. While we do not provide a free shuttle, we do offer a special price on taxi services for our guests. We understand that waiting for transportation can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the room amenities, we do not have minibars or kettles in the rooms, but we do have a large samovar kettle available at the reception for our guests to access boiling water at any time. Hotel znajduje się przy drodze, w bliskiej okolicy od autostrady i lotniska. Pokoje hotelowe nie są wyposażone w klimatyzację, w nocy było bardzo gorąco i nie dało się spać, musiałem otworzyć okno z drogi był okropny hałas przejeżdżających samochodów, w pokoju były dla gości przygotowane zatyczki do uszu, ale gdybym ich użył było by ryzyko, że mógłbym nie usłyszeć budzika, a musiałem wstać wcześnie rani, żeby dojechać na lotnisko. Nie mogłem zasnąć z powodu gorąca i hałasu, nie spałem całą noc, rano okropnie bolała mnie głowa, była to najgorsza noc w moim życiu za którą musiałem jeszcze zapłacić, nigdy więcej nie wrócę do tego hotelu.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by noise and lack of air conditioning in the room. We do not have air conditioning in our hotel, but we do offer fans for our guests. What's more, earplugs are available in the rooms to help reduce noise. For loyalty points, I've personnaly check and you get 81 points for this stay..
