Very nice hotel, when we landed in Charleroi they saw how tired we looked after a long flight so they upgraded us to suite (we have gold membership in Accor). All done without asking anything, super kind and nice staff.

Very nice hotel in Charleroi. Public parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day. Fitness center. Direct access to the River Gauce shopping mall. There is an on-site restaurant, which specializes in European and local cuisine.

Perfect stay in the center of Charleroi! Easy to park. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, I received a very nice clean room with a big Tv :) due to covid breakfast option was really well organised, lot's of choice and delicious and definitely more then enough.

When we checked into our room on the first night the room temperature was 22* and I set the room temperature to 18*. By the middle of the night it was 24* and very uncomfortable. The first thing the next morning I went down to the front desk and asked for instructions on how to set the thermostat. It seemed pretty straight forward and I have used numerous thermostats in many hotel chains on several continents. The front desk person showed me how to set the thermostat and my wife and I left the hotel for the day with our dog. When we returned in the evening the room temperature was 25*!!! We asked for a different room and were given the room next door and experienced the same thing the next night. 25* at 2am. For the third night we were “upgraded” to a suite and that room was 26* in the middle of the night. I took time-stamped pictures of the thermostat showing 26* and a setting of 18*. When we were doing our late check out Monday evening, the room was 20*. The technician had come and fixed the hotel’s HVAC. The manager(s) should have called the technician over the weekend. It probably isn’t even legal to leave my dog in the room with the temperatures of 26*. The local animal cruelty prevention society would take my dog away, fine me, and send me to jail.

Very nice hotel in the hart of the City! Good parking under ground, on the parking of the shopping center. Everything just around the corner. Unfortunately during this stay Gym was closed and breakfast was very small because of corona measurements! But staff was great as always!
