I really enjoyed staying in this hotel because it was very close to che Centre town and the hotel was very clean. The staff members were very helpful and kind. The rooms are big and very clean. The room is very modern and has a big TV with different channels.

First of all it is a HIDDEN gem. Literally hidden. Hard to find it. The address is not correct and it is IN a mall, and the only entrance is an elevator next to the mall. I had a little walk before I found the hotel. It's a decent hotel. At the breakfast area there's a window where you can see the mall inside. Strange but funny, I liked this concept. The room was just wow. Probably I got a free upgrade, but nobody told me that, I just realized, it cannot be the standard room. I had a bathtub AND a shower. This is a big yes for me. The receptionists were really kind, and helpful, shout out for the blonde girl, and the front office manager guy, who checked me in. If I go back to Belgium again, I will stay here. Oh and it is close to the train station, from there like 30 minutes to the centre of Brussels. One little issue: there were no waffles at breakfast. :(

We stayed here for 3 nights on the 26th December All staff were very helpful,Polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was lovely with a good range of cereals,pastries,meat,cheeses,fruit,yoghurt,bread,there was also hot food like scrambled egg,sausage,beans,pancakes. We really enjoyed it. Our room was lovely,spotless. Housekeeping do a amazing job. The hotel is spotless throughout the building. Easy reach of all public transport. Lovely shopping centre attached too. Would definitely return to the novotel in Charleroi!

A very nice hotel at great location in Charleroi. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and an excellent bar. The room was beaufiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable! I was upgraded and got a suite, i would totally recommend it!

Upon entering, the staff are very welcoming and provide an easy check-in experience. Very well laid out floor plan making everything easy to find. The room was cleaned to a suitable standard and the beds were very comfortable making the sleep all the better. Checking out the hotel was a smooth experience too. Will be coming back next year and staying here again
