The NYC Sofitel is located in a great location. But , most of all, the staff is exceptional. The bar staff is great. The breakfast selection and the restaurant is outstanding. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable. Housekeeping is the best. Knowing that a doorman is there to secure a cab for you is comforting. What more can I say. We have Been coming back year after year. Great Place

Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Elevators were fast. Room was clean. I would have preferred a mini fridge to the mini bar. I also wish both sides of the beds had outlets to charge phones.
