We loved being at the Sofitel! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Only criticism we can give was that it was frustrating that the lights went out on their own. Otherwise, perfect stay in New York!

We come to Sofitel NY 3-4 times a year and we love it for its location, comfort, peace and quietness, and excellent staff, in all areas: reception, guest services, housekeeping, restaurant and bar. Thank you.

We are truly honored that you choose Sofitel New York 3–4 times a year, and we are delighted to hear that our location, comfort, quiet atmosphere, and teams across reception, guest services, housekeeping, and Food & Beverage continue to be highlights. We also appreciate your kind words about our breakfast and bar teams. We are, however, very sorry for the condition issues you encountered in Room 2201. The scratched and dirty entrance wall, chipped bathroom door, and loose security tablet are not acceptable, especially following the renovation. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and correction. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bed and mattress stability, as well as the new slippers sizing and comfort. These points have been escalated for follow-up, as we understand how much the “small details” matter to the overall experience. Thank you as well for recognizing the Nespresso machine in your room. Updated rooms that are large for NYC and well appointed. Great location. Only challenge was that the hotel was understaffed and slow and inconsistent as a result.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel New York. It was close to Times Square and other places of interest. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suite was lovely and bed was so comfortable. Staying at Sofitel added to the great and memorable time we had in New York!
