Our check in was good however NO complimentary / welcome drink was offered? I didn't ask,I shouldn't have to. Not sure the parking fee should be that expensive @ $40. Your alternative shouldn't be to just "park it on the street" as advised Room was very good Breakfast was very busy, NO Maitre de or someone holding you at the desk then directing you to a table that was cleared and cleaned- you had to find your own table and wait for that to happen. With only 2 x people on and they couldn't tell whether you gad just finished your breakfast or waiting for the table to be cleared. You had to wave for attention or go and approach a waiter whose reponse was "yes, where are you, we will get there,its very busy" Its not there fault is it, either more staff on a very full house or a reception area with waiting area. Finally we get to eat and the breakfast is cold and noone around to cook your egg as readily advertised in your room , on the wall in the breakfast bar.

However, I truly regret that your experience during breakfast and the parking fees didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the welcome drink, I'm so sorry - as a valued Gold member, you will undoubtedly know that these are presented to you in the form of an e-voucher on your Accor App, but we certainly ought to have checked that you had access to it and for that I apologise. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly use this a learning point to move forward with the Reception team. As for the parking costs, we strive to keep them competitive, but I understand that $40 can feel steep, especially when alternatives may not be ideal. I’m sorry to hear about the breakfast experience. We were indeed very busy that weekend and whilst we always aim for a seamless service, it sounds like we definitely fell short during your visit. As a regular guest William, I am sure you will appreciate that this is not our usual standard of service - we apologise sincerely for not meeting the expectations. I’ll be sharing your feedback with our restaurant management team to ensure we can improve in these areas. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our evening in such comfort. Very much appreciated and also the amenities accompanying it. Thank you so much.

Our stay was good but we arrived late and we missed the little treats. Water etc in our room.
