From the people on the phones, car valet, reception and room service - the genuine warmth and welcome displayed was memorable. The Executive king room in the new wing mixed modern styling, and comfort. I enjoyed the higher pitched ceilings giving a sense of space. The Sleepmaker beds are always a welcome treat. Thank you also for the welcoming treat of fruit. Delicious. Couple of suggestions. I believe the air conditioner (Rm407) may be out of balance. The operating noise and vibration was very loud at 47decibels for a hotel room. The Room Service dinner menu didn't have a lot of variety.

Our dinner at night was delicious. However the service was appalling. Didn’t arrive for a long time then when it did the entree arrived with the main.

We visited for my daughter’s 10th birthday trip. On arrival we were greeted with “Happy Birthdays” and a plate of birthday treats and soft toy were waiting in our room. My daughter was beaming! Special thanks to Oliver (out the front assisting with parking) he was fantastic, reversing my car for me and assisting us with parking. He was warm, kind and welcoming. It was a hot day and he did incredibly well to stand out there, we saw him multiple times when leaving/entering and shared a few laughs with him. The restaurant staff were also great, interacting with us during breakfast. Overall we are very happy with our stay and will be back again!
