Mercure Sydney sangat strategis lokasinya. Kami menginap 3 malam disana, dan akses ke restorant halal mudah, begitupun akses ke transportasi umum. Kami mendapat free upgrade kamar.. terimakasih Mercure

couple of nights in the city

we had a couple of nights here while off to see a show at the Grand Electric. The staff were very friendly and the room was large , the bed very comfy.The only thing that was not there were the complementary water and some hand lotion. The pool was busy but very cloudy not clear as a pool normally is Location was ideal close to Central station and walking distance to tram stops.Recommend

Easy to find, parking was easy and $45 for 24 hours. Check in and out was really easy. Great location to access Central Station or light rail. Breakfast was reasonable but small feedback could be having sachets for condiments rather than massive jam jars that you need to scoop out (which were all empty anyway) or Sauces sitting in bowls that you also scoop out - just prefer the individual serves for hygiene and serving ease. Only other thing was the lifts seemed a bit slow but could have just been busy. Overall a good hotel and have already booked our next stay.

We booked this Mercure almost a year in advance when planning for a trip to Sydney for New Year's Eve. It was very expensive but the double-double room option at least made it more affordable for a family group. Check-in was easy and our room was ready even at 1pm, which was a bonus. The room was modern and clean, if a little small for 4 adults with luggage. The soundproofing was excellent with no road or train noise despite the busy location of this hotel. The location is really good, close to trains and light rail from Central station and with buses at the door, making it easy to explore by public transport. Darling Harbour is an easy 10-minute walk away too. We were very pleased with our stay (and a late check-out was appreciated on New Year's Day!) and would consider using this hotel again for future trips to Sydney.

Fun hotel that understands its customers.

It is fantastic when a hotel knows its customers and delivers on their expectations. From the moment we arrived, we loved the quirky animal signs throughout the carpark which I'm sure is popular with the many tourists who visit the area. We were staying for our 20th wedding anniversary and to attend a concert in the area. The reception was decorated to acknowledge the amount of guests staying who were attending the concert with music playing throughout. It is these little touches that really showed that the hotel understands its guests. The room was simple in design which was fine for our stay. The LED strip lighting was unexpected but added to the fun vibe of the hotel. We really loved the pool and gym area with some great Peleton and weight equipment in the small gym. The pool had a great view but would have been better if heated slightly warmer as it was warm enough for a brief dip only. We visited both the bar and the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast had quite a bit of variety but would have operated better with a few extra staff to handle the amount of customers being served. Staff only had time for a very quick clean of the tables before turning them over to the next customers. The location of the hotel is right near Central station providing easy access to the may public transport options in the area. Overall, this hotel was a real surprise on our trip. It ticks a lot of boxes of what you would want out of a mid range hotel and whilst there was still some improvement opportunities would definitely consider it again for future trips.
