位置很好，出门就有吃的，但是屋子里还有一个门，没有安全感。

We are pleased to hear that you found our location very convenient and enjoyed the wide range of dining options available just outside the hotel. Our central position is certainly one of our key strengths, and we’re glad it added value to your family trip. At the same time, I sincerely appreciate you raising your concern regarding the additional door in the room and the sense of security. Please allow me to reassure you that these interconnecting doors are designed with guest safety in mind and are securely locked from both sides when not in use. Nevertheless, we fully understand how this may feel uncomfortable for some guests, and your feedback has been noted. Our team is always happy to assist with room preferences, and we encourage guests to contact reception during their stay should they have any concerns so we can address them promptly. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations, particularly with room cleanliness and the perception of value for money. Cleanliness is fundamental to us, and I apologise that we did not deliver to the standard we pride ourselves on. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate follow-up and improvement. Regarding your note on third-party platform bookings, I understand the frustration. When bookings are made through external providers, certain room types or benefits may be subject to different allocation rules compared with booking directly with the hotel or via Accor’s ALL booking channels. Booking direct also provides the advantage of exclusive offers and greater flexibility with room preferences. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and I am genuinely sorry your stay did not reflect the quality and value we aim to provide.
