Lack elite recognition and hard to call from outside

Point and night did not posted. The hotel difficult to call because I was ask before why calling them is difficult and you know what the surprise answer, that was the absurd decision by the GM to cut everything and make the owner happy receive money but lack services (understaff) and lack recognition for elite. There is no welcome amenity at all for Elites. One more thing the GM here handle 2 hotel one is Ibis Harmoni. Will Accor allow this one? Lack benefit, lack of service? I do not blame the staff they doing their job very good. I hope this message receive well for The GM Mr. TEUKU RULIANSYAH to fix this

Ambience is of top class. Restaurant served delicious food. Continental breakfast was really a treat. Staff is courteous. You have access to various tourist attractions from hotel. I recommend this hotel. Hotel also arranges for travel plans.

Nice hotel and cozy. During stay here i haven’t met any problem. The room very clean, spacious and has a good view. My experience was quite positive. The hotel boasts a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service and friendly staff, keep it up🥰🥰

Not Worth for the Money Spent Here

Very old hotel, even the hairdryer is like vacuum cleaner. Some staffs don't even know about your Accor status tier. Welcome drink is non alcoholic for silver member. Room is a bit dusty and smell of cigarette is very strong even though its non smoking room.
