Overall really enjoyed our stay, staff were kind and helpful, rooms had the best views (much better than other hotels we have stayed at) and the location was a short drive to the CBD. I would definitely stay here again, great location for families as well!

While the room was ok after changing the first one due to bad smells. The food at the restaurant was sub par. Took forever and was over cooked, breakfast and dinner. Wouldnt dine there again. Unfortunately motel is In need of some maintenance if it wants to keep its 4 star rating.

Room was good. Bed comfortable. Unfortunately we were in room 302 which is one room from the elevator. The elevator was so loud that it would wake us up if someone was using it. My wife had a business zoom call and had to mute her speaker when not talking. Hiwever, she left her laptop power cord in the room and the staff were extremely helpful getting the cord back to her asap. Thank you.

We've stayed here a few times now either as a couple or as a family and really can't fault the Mecure. From check in to check out everyone is so accommodating. Rooms are well presented and very clean which is a credit to housekeeping and maintaining high standards. I didn't eat at the restaurant this time but did order room service which offered a wide array of meals including the Chicken Wings which are absolutely delicious!

The view was breathtaking and the staff were lovely. Interestingly, we were told by staff at check-in that the rooms were not being cleaned daily due to COVID restrictions, which was later contradicted by another staff member and the rooms were cleaned. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was abysmal - rubbery eggs hot options were lacking in flavour.

A weekend getaway with my daughter. I booked 2 garden view rooms. Upon arrival we were told we had been 'upgraded' which initially sounded really nice. Unfortunately although we had lake views, our rooms were right next to the elevators and very noisy. Every time the lift came up to level 4 the lifts groaned and then the bell would chime. This continued throughout the day and night. We were there for 2 nights. I did ring reception on the first day and ask if there were any other rooms and was told it was full. He did say he would put one lift 'out of service' but there was another lift right across the hall so it made little difference.

Some issues on booking.com,thick the wrong box. Talk to the receptionist,explain the mistake,she promise to sort out breakfast bill,find out the next day they still deducted $54.00. Feel we been Rob.

Waited for almost an hour and half for our food and drinks, especially the drinks. The draft beer wasn’t served even after 2 reminders). Tables that arrived after us were being served with their drinks already while we are still waiting for ours. However the lady in charge of the restaurant was good and courteous.

Welcoming check in and even a reserved car park space. Large room with great views over the lake. Appreciated welcome gift. Enjoyable meals in the restaurant. All in all a wonderful stay at a great hotel with friendly staff. Attention the marketing department: When I am on holiday the last thing I want to be doing is filling out “How did we do?” forms. Even more annoying is to receive reminders every few days. So please send one request once and leave it at that. If I feel that I want to provide feedback I do it after the trip is over.
