Great stay. Walkable to metro. So many food options. Very safe neighbourhood. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Smooth check in check out. Staff was wonderful especially Leo. Good size room and good bathroom. Has an elevator and a bar too. All in great experience

Hotel is located in a very convenient location, less than 1 km from expo. Charlse De Gaul airport is about an hour away by car. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. An averge person can bearly sit on the commode as it is tucked in a tiny space between the walls and shower ccubicle. Shower cubicle is also very small and no toiletry provided except all purpose liquid soap. That said, this is acceptable for business visits when all you do is come to the room to sleep. The sleep quality was great. Room was silent, warm and bedding and pillows were great. And the breakfast was super one with a full spread and with a nice assortment of cheeses, breads, cereal etc etc. You can have a chill time in lobby with a drink at any time. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended for business visits.

We couldn't turn on the AC. The system was off they said during this time of the year. ?!!? That was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that did not allow me to use the AC. THE FIRST. And to think this is Paris. Anyway on top of that, the bathroom door is so annoying because it wouldn't stay open. It automatically closes, like what's the deal. It has no exhaust so keeping the door open would have been helpful but we couldn't even let it stay open. Upon checkout they charged me breakfast for all days when we never had breakfast in the hotel. And so unprofessional you see workers sitting on the check in counter. Never coming back and do not recommend!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Concerning the AC, we didnt put in on because of the weather in Paris, for exemple, the week before your stay, we still had the heating on, but I can assure you theat the AC will be used end of April. Hope that you had any way a nice stay in Paris Catherine

The hotel was clean and breakfast was very good. A pity we were in Paris while the metro and trains were on strike. It kind a ruin our stay a bit!! They could change the towel more often. And the location of the hotel was ideal for moving around the city. Room were on the small side but it had everything you need it. The first night was a bit loudly, apparently a next door party was going on, I didn't sleep well that night!!

Very friendly staff with a good breakfast and excellent location for Expo with a 15 minute walk or a tram nearby. Also very convenient for metro 10 minutes away. My room was small and the air conditioning struggled, but would use again.
