Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena. La suite était spacieuse et confortable avec une terrasse disposant d’une exceptionnelle vue sur la piscine et l’océan. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant 1621 offrent des expériences culinaires locales délicieuses.

Hôtel mal entretenu, service pas au niveau, respect des clients parfois ubuesque et surprenant. Dramatique pour celui qui est sensé être le plus bel hôtel de Colombie
