We stayed at Mount Loft House for my husbands 50th birthday and had an absolutely wonderful time. We loved the great welcome with champagne on arrival, the tour of the hotel and the dinner at Hardy's Veranda restaurant. Our room was stunning with the great views of the beautiful Piccadilly Valley. The service was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were made feel relaxed and welcome. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly and helpful. Everything was done with a smile. We also like to make a special mention and thank Chris (customer relation) who made sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. The tour was a fantastic idea, we loved the special drinks and also his suggestion for wine pairing with our degustation dinner. The 7 course degustation dinner at the Hardy's Veranda Restaurant with matching wines is a must! A big thanks to the team there and Abhas, the Sommelier who helped us through the wine journey, with his exceptional knowledge and humour. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back. This establishment may be beautiful to look at but the standard of the rooms is well below par for the astronomical price they charge. We could hear people through the walls as though they were in our room and we had no outlook as advertised in the images online, just 4 bland walls, yet we were charged the same rate as those rooms with a view - appalling and arrogant attitude from senior management when we complained. We feel completely ripped off and mislead. They are devious and misleading - future guest be ware and suggest going else ware! We won’t be back and will be spreading the word on our atrocious experience

We chose the 'Forever and Always' package as we had a big Wedding Anniversary to celebrate. We chose well! From arrival to departure every thing was amazing. We felt like we were special guests. The service was immaculate, the staff friendly, attentive and yet discrete. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. A complimentary bottle of bubbles and the dozen red roses that was included in our package added to the romance. The 7 Course degustation dinner with matching wine was a food lovers delight, as was breakfast. There is so much more for us to see and do here ... so I guess we will be back.

Emplacement de rêve mais exploitation assez déplorable, malgré un personnel agreable...pas de service bagage, piscine mal tenue, pas de découverte, service de chambre pas au niveau...Une bonne surprise avec la cuisine du restaurant, mais pas la logique de l'attribution des tables.

While I am happy you enjoyed the location, were surprised by how great our restaurant was, and the friendliness of our team, I am sorry you felt the pool and room service were not up to standard. I have reviewed your feedback with my team and we are all committed to addressing this for future guests stays. As discussed the tables in Hardy's Verandah are allocated by first booking, and while most guests request a table on the verandah this isnt possible for all guests. Bel hôtel bien situé et plein de charme - très belle chambre confortable - très bon petit déjeuner et restaurant gastronomique - service loin d'un 5 étoiles néanmoins (chambre avec vue réservée et finalement non accordée car le site accor a "changé" la réservation par erreur alors que c'était faux...) - petit déjeuner imposé même en cas de départ très matinal sans que cela ne pose le moindre problème - diner le premier soir sur une table haute du bar car la salle du restaurant non gastro était réservée pour le gastro cause mariage...

The restaurant was awarded Best Restaurant in a Hotel in Australia this year which is fabulous, however also means we are in very high demand. Our reservations team does reach out to all guests prior to arrival to ensure they dont miss out on the opportunity to dine with us.
