Dear James, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet expectations, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. First and foremost, I apologise for the inconvenience and discomfort you encountered during your stay — particularly with the cleanliness of the room, the condition of the fittings, and the issues you noted with housekeeping. This falls well below our usual standards, and I assure you this has been addressed with our team to ensure immediate improvements. I also regret that the membership offer at check-in came across as unwelcome and that the room service QR system and internet caused frustration. These systems are intended to be convenient, and I’m sorry they fell short for you. The issues raised regarding the spa controls, linen presentation, and lack of in-room amenities are very concerning. I understand how disappointing this must have been, and I will personally follow up with the relevant departments to review and rectify these shortcomings. While I’m pleased to hear you appreciated our location, it’s clear we have work to do to improve the guest experience, and your feedback will play a valuable role in that process.
